Vendor Village is open to businesses and organizations wishing to establish retail and/or marketing space at the Champions Cup Cheer and Dance State Nationals inside the Indianapolis Convention Center
Our event attendance was a amazing size for our 2017 event. This year we will triple in size! The Cup presents a rich and rewarding opportunity to reach the cheer and dance community and their families! The Champions Cup offers several opportunities for you to showcase your company. By becoming a vendor, we put you right in front of thousands of new customers.
All interested businesses must complete and submit a vendor application. Vendors will be notified of application status within one week of submission. We look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your interest!
Rates and Dates for the 2018 Cup event only:
Vendors may choose 2 or 3 day packages.
3-Day Competition Experience: May 4 – May 6
2-Day Competition Experience: May 5 – May 6
1-Day Fusion Combine Experience: May 4
- 10 x 10 booth space
- Each Vendor must bring their own 8′ table
- WiFi and Electricity is an extra fee and will be determined by the ICC.
Hours and Location
Vendor Village will be located near the competition halls and will be open for the duration of the event. Exact hours will be determined as the event draws near, but vendors should expect full days.
